The fees mention above do not cover costs for uniforms, textbooks and examination fees.

· Note 1: A one-time non-refundable application fee is paid when the Application form is submitted.

·  Note 2: A one-time reservation fee is paid in the first year of enrolment. This fee will be deducted from the tuition fee of the next school year. In case of withdrawal:

o Full amount will be refunded if withdraw at the end of the school year.

o 50% will be returned if withdrawal during the school year provided that a written notice of withdrawal is submitted 4 weeks in advance and in case of dismissal..

o No return for cases other than the above.

· Note 3: Development fee is paid annually and is non refundable and non transferable. Students enroll in the second semester will pay 50% of the development fee.

·  Note 4: Is paid by semester or annually

o 60% reimbursement in case the school closes for more than 3 consecutive days (not including Saturday and Sunday) due to natural disasters.

o  60% reimbursement in case the students are absent due to sickness for more than 5 consecutive days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Written letter from parents and certification from qualified medical practices need to be submitted.

o No return for cases other than the above.

· Note 5: Is paid by semester or annually. Refunded in case of withdrawal and dismissal.

·Note 6: Is paid by semester or annually. Boarding fee includes accomodation, supervision, breakfast and dinner.
