The Back to School 2026–2027 celebration marked more than just the return of teachers and students. It also signified the beginning of a new chapter under this year's theme, "Create Your Journey" - a message that reminds every VASer that each journey is unique and deserves to be shaped with confidence, courage, and meaningful experiences every day.

One of the most heartwarming moments of the event was when our graduating students personally presented sweet candies to the new students joining the school. Though simple, the small gifts carried heartfelt greetings, words of encouragement, and best wishes from the older students to those taking their very first steps at VAS Hanoi.

This tradition has become one of the school's most cherished values - a reflection of the caring and supportive community where generations of VASers learn, grow, and inspire one another.

Sharing her message with students on the first day of school, Ms. Quach Minh Huong, Principal of VAS Hanoi Primary School, offered these meaningful words: "Your learning journey is not defined solely by high grades, medals, or awards. It is also built through your daily perseverance, the courage to embrace new challenges, your willingness to help others, your resilience in overcoming difficulties, and your determination to become a better version of yourself every day. VAS Hanoi will always be here to support you throughout that journey."

This perfectly reflects what VAS Hanoi strives to nurture in every student - not only academic excellence, but also character, meaningful experiences, and personal growth that develop day by day.

As the Back to School celebration came to a close, every student left with a sweet keepsake: a red sail-shaped cake inspired by the symbol of VAS Hanoi's 20-year journey. More than just a gift, it carried the school's warm wishes for the new academic year - that every student will continue to enjoy coming to school, dream boldly, and confidently set sail on their own unique journey.
