Throughout the past academic year, teachers and students of VAS Hanoi Primary School created an inspiring journey filled with remarkable accomplishments. 100% of students achieved Excellent and Outstanding Academic Performance, while also making their mark in numerous academic and talent competitions with:

Beyond these impressive achievements, VASers at the Primary level continued to grow every day through lessons, experiential activities, creative projects, and courageous moments of stepping beyond their own limits.

Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, Ms. Quach Minh Huong – Principal of VAS Hanoi Primary School shared: “During the 2025–2026 academic year, teachers and students together spread the message of ‘Coding Yourself.’ This message was not only a teaching orientation that encouraged teachers to continuously learn, innovate, and bring creativity into every lesson and activity, but also a journey for every student to constantly improve and perfect themselves day by day. VAS Hanoi is proud to see this spirit come to life, creating a meaningful, fulfilling, and fruitful academic year.”

These “sweet fruits” stand as a testament to the unwavering dedication of teachers, the relentless efforts of students, and the love and trust from families throughout the journey of learning and growth.

VAS HANOI SECONDARY & HIGH SCHOOL: BREAKING BOUNDARIES – SHAPING GLOBAL CITIZENS

Concluding the 2025–2026 academic year, students of VAS Hanoi Secondary & High School celebrated an impressive “golden season” of achievements with:

• 67 International & National Awards
• 20 City/Ward/Cluster-level Awards
• 15 Sports & Arts Awards

Notably, the school proudly recorded that 100% of students taking Cambridge English examinations met or exceeded the expected standards, including one Grade 7 student who achieved the C1 level. In addition, the Grade 12 cohort achieved an impressive average IELTS score of 6.5, demonstrating the increasingly strong international integration capabilities of VAS Hanoi students.

Beyond academic excellence, students also matured significantly through practical learning experiences and holistic development activities. The spirit and confidence of 21st-century digital citizens were clearly demonstrated through interdisciplinary projects, debate and public speaking platforms such as VAS HANOI Debaters, VASATHON, and VAS Games, as well as impactful student-led media projects including VAS NEWS and Humans of VAS.

These activities were not only opportunities for students to showcase academic abilities but also environments where they learned to connect, collaborate, create, lead, and confidently express their voices.

At the ceremony, Ms. Vu Thuy Huong – Principal of VAS Hanoi Secondary & High School shared: “The upcoming 2026–2027 academic year will mark a historic milestone — the 20th Anniversary of the school. VAS Hanoi is committed to making even stronger breakthroughs on its internationalization journey by pioneering the Australian High School Certificate (HSC) program, enhancing digital competencies, integrating AI into learning, and upgrading modern facilities, ready to open wider doors to accompany students in ‘coding’ their brightest future versions.”

An academic year is not only concluded by certificates and impressive figures, but also by more mature smiles, more confident eyes, and dreams that are gradually taking flight.

CLOSING ONE CHAPTER TO OPEN GREATER JOURNEYS AHEAD

The Closing Ceremony was not only a moment to reflect on a year filled with effort and proud milestones, but also a heartfelt farewell to graduating students — the Grade 5, Grade 9, and Grade 12 students preparing to embark on new journeys.

For Grade 5 students, it marked an exciting first transition as they bid farewell to their familiar primary school environment and stepped into a broader world of secondary education.

For Grade 9 students, it symbolized a clearer milestone of maturity after their youthful years in lower secondary school.

And for Grade 12 students, Graduation Day became the most emotional moment of all — when the sound of cicadas, the vibrant flamboyant flowers, and heartfelt embraces closed a memorable chapter of student life while opening the doors to an even greater future ahead.

Though each student may walk different paths in the future, the lessons, love, and memories under the roof of VAS Hanoi will always remain precious luggage, empowering them to move forward confidently and shine in their own unique ways.
