11. The Role of Homeroom Teachers
- Homeroom teachers act as initiators and connectors, directly inspiring and motivating students in their class to participate actively.
- They ensure that each class contributes at least one entry to the competition, while encouraging students to demonstrate creativity, solidarity, and initiative.
- Homeroom teachers also play the role of bridge-builders, thoughtfully engaging parents to support with musical instruments, costumes, recording, and stage design.
- The Emusic Competition is a meaningful opportunity for students to freely express their creativity, emotions, and passion for music. To make each performance more complete, we look forward to the companionship of parents — from preparing instruments and costumes to recording and stage setup. Every bit of support, no matter how small, becomes a great source of encouragement, helping the students shine with confidence and preserve the most beautiful memories of their school years.
12. The Role of Music Teachers
- Music teachers serve as professional advisors.
- Given the limited number of teachers, they do not directly engage in depth with each class. Instead, they focus on providing guidance and refining key aspects to enhance the overall quality of the entries.
- At the same time, they inspire students with the artistic value and spirit of music, helping them to fully understand the significance of the competition.
