If previous seasons left strong impressions with intense competition and high academic standards, this year marks an important milestone: for the first time, Grade 5 students joined the competition. This expansion transforms VSC into a true cross-level contest where every “mountain climber” — whether a newcomer or a seasoned contestant — has the opportunity to shine.

Each round of VSC is designed following the competitive format of VTV’s “Road to Mount Olympia,” requiring contestants not only to possess strong foundational knowledge but also to demonstrate:
Logical thinking and rapid information processing
Quick situational reflexes in English
Analytical and synthesizing skills
Composure under pressure, both on stage and against the clock

With such demanding expectations, VSC is far more than a simple Q&A competition — it is a process where students must apply their intellect and academic abilities in a comprehensive manner. This becomes even more challenging when the competition is conducted entirely in English, posing a rigorous test not only for contestants but also for the Organizing Committee in designing suitable questions for Primary, Secondary, and High School levels. VSC is truly a unique academic arena unlike any typical knowledge competition.
One of the most memorable moments this season was the appearance of Trần Bùi Bảo Khánh — Champion of the 25th season of “Road to Mount Olympia” — at the High School finale.
He shared: “I’ve participated in many Olympia-style competitions at different schools, but this is the first time I’ve seen a school organize the entire contest 100% in English. Truly impressive — and the contestants are exceptionally talented.”

This recognition further affirms the difficulty level and academic quality of VSC Season 3 — a competition that is not only professional and well-organized but also intellectually demanding.
Even as first-time participants, Grade 5 students amazed the audience with their confidence, intelligence, and quick thinking.
Shining brightest on the “summit journey,” Nguyễn Trọng Minh Quân secured 360 points, becoming the first-ever Primary Champion — marking an important milestone for VSC.

The iconic moment “Are you sure about your answer? – I am sure!” became the unforgettable highlight of the Secondary finale.
Through a nail-biting showdown, Phạm Minh Trí (9A1) made a dramatic breakthrough in the final question, winning the laurel wreath with 260 points, just 10 points ahead of the runner-up — a victory showcasing sharp thinking and fearless determination.

At the high school round, four contestants delivered one of the most thrilling matches of the season.
The final score — 215 – 200 – 195 — reflected a fiercely intellectual and strategic battle.
Phạm An Vũ (11A1) excelled in the “Finish Line” round to claim 215 points, becoming the High School Champion of VSC Season 3.

Through its three seasons, VSC has become far more than an academic competition. It has empowered VASers to:
Explore knowledge actively
Strengthen critical thinking and reasoning skills
Build competitive confidence and stage presence
Develop a global mindset through full English immersion
VSC Season 3 concludes in a blaze of pride and emotion — a testament to the hard work of every contestant and the dedication of the Organizing Committee.
Above all, VSC has once again proven that VASers — at any age — can conquer the peaks of knowledge with intellect, courage, and an unyielding academic spirit.
