Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging math lesson plans for students in accordance with the Cambridge Curriculum for stage 4, 5 and 6.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technology to make math concepts relatable and accessible to students.
• Provide support and guidance to students, addressing their unique learning needs and challenges.
• Assess and uate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and projects.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the math curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education or a related field, with a specialization in Mathematics or Primary Education.
• Teaching certification or license in Mathematics or Primary Education.
• Proven experience teaching primary-level math, with a strong understanding of math concepts and instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the math curriculum is preferred.
